Own art process
CHOOSE YOUR ARTWORK(S)
Explore our site and pick your chosen artwork(s). You can include as many artworks as you like per application, but can only have one Own Art loan running at a time.
APPLICATION
Proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, click ‘Buy with Own Art’. Use the Own Art calculator to not only show the breakdown of your Own Art application but to explore deposit options.
PROUD OWNER
Once your application is approved, you can either collect your art in store or it will be delivered. Once you’ve received your new artworks you will commence your 10 monthly interest free payments via direct debit – easy peasy! Just make sure you collect it within two months of your application, or it will be cancelled and you’ll have to apply again.

You must be a UK resident and over 18 to purchase with Own Art.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Original paintings and limited editions are included with Own Art as long as they are by a living artist and are over £100. You can also include framing and delivery in your application!
THE SMALL PRINT
Finance is provided by Novuna Personal Finance, a division of Novuna Capital (UK) PLC, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Loans are 0% APR Representative.

Is the artwork mine as soon as I click ‘apply’?
Not quite! Once you’ve submitted your enquiry, our team will get back to you to confirm your delivery details and framing preferences, once the details are confirmed with our team, we'll reserve the artwork for you while you wait for your application to be approved by Hitachi Finance.Can I pay in less or more than 10 instalments?
All loans no matter the amount will be paid out by direct debit in 10 monthly instalments and cannot be modified.Can I pay part of the total cost off separately?
All purchases made with own art must be paid off together and cannot be separated.What if I change my mind after my application?
Once an application has been approved it cannot be modified afterwards. It can be cancelled but not updated, so please make sure you are certain before completing your application.Can I Include framing and delivery in my application?
Yes! Both our custom framing service and home delivery can be included in your application, for as many artworks as you are applying for. To discuss our framing service just ask one of our lovely team members.Is Own Art secure?
Your security is our top priority. Supported by Hitachi, we ensure your security by requesting the presentation of two forms of ID and a proof of address when you collect your artwork, or we cannot safely release the artwork. Or your artwork can be securely delivered to the address registered with your bank, and cannot be sent to your work or a friend/family’s address.Is there a limit to the loan amount?
As long as your full application totals between £100-£25,000 you can pay off your Own Art loan in 10 monthly instalments.
