MOMO’s dynamic and colourful mode of abstract Street Art is often found in otherwise dark and dull environments, transforming their surroundings with the artist’s signature style of vibrant geometry.
Born in San Francisco, MOMO has been outside most of his life. Coupled with his obsession with craft and making, it was clear to MOMO that abstract Street Art was his calling.
Momo's Process
Momo works with a variety of media both on the streets and on his paintings, sculptures and editions. One of his preferred mediums is collage, creating very strong abstract imagery with cut and pasted shapes. This is evident in Momo’s ‘Coronet Street’ edition.
