You know what time it is!
As the days get darker, and the fairy lights get more prevalent even the scroogiest humbugs can’t ignore that its only a matter of weeks until the big day. We love this time of year, presents galore, mulled wine, endless parties and gatherings with loved ones are only a few things on the long list of bits we love most about this season. So, to keep things running smoothly, and to make sure we are doing our bit to help your gift giving be a piece of cake we rounded up some key dates and info that will stop any last minute panicking.
SHIPPING
We send prints all over the world every day, so wherever you are shipping off your edition we are happy to help, but remember we don’t have a reindeer pulled sleigh, so have to stick to some time limits. The dates below are our last recommended days to order prints that will arrive safely in time for Christmas, if you miss them, don’t panic just give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to help your artwork get there in time.
Rest of World – 12th December
Europe – 16th December
US & Canada – 16th December
UK – 19th (Next Day Delivery only)
We close over the festive period from 4pm on Christmas eve, and reopen on January 3rd, so please note any online orders will be dispatched once we are back in January!
FRAMING
What better gift to give to your dearest loved ones than a beautiful bespoke framed edition? We have been building bespoke, artisanal frames for Nelly Duff (and non-nelly) artworks for as long as we can remember, so we’ll have no problem getting yours all done for the big day, just as long as you get it in for the deadline…
Last day to order framing – December 9th by 10am.
Please note, this does not include perspex framing, canvas stretching, or any other framing that is more complex or demands custom work. We also cannot 100% guarantee that it will be back for Christmas, but hand-on-heart we will try our very best, if you absolutely need it for Christmas, please try and get it to us as early as possible.
If you get your order in by this time, it will be back with us by the 20th at the very latest, but we will drop you an email to let you know when it is back with us. Framing usually takes 2-3 weeks, so if you can get your piece in earlier than the 10th it is much more likely it will be back in time.
CHRISTMAS WEDNESDAYS
Its a well-known fact that we live on the best road in London, proved year after year by the Christmas Wednesdays that take place every Wednesday in December. All our lovely neighbours on the road open their doors until 9pm to welcome festive shoppers and revellers to enjoy their beautiful wares. From pubs to independent boutiques, our neighours really do offer something for everyone, and by supporting independent businesses this Christmas you’ll be making a huge difference. Mulled wine, carolling (with live piano!) from our friends at St Peter’s Bethan Green and even Reindeer (sometimes), we can’t wait for these magical evenings to get going – see you there!

Remember, we are also open every Thursday from 9am-8pm for all you night owls, so even if you can’t make it on Wednesday evening to visit us, you’ve always got Thursdays!
