Aerosol has always been the traditional medium of Street Artists, as a bold mode of making a mark on the surrounding environment.
Alongside a growing acceptance and popularity of the Street Art genre has come the ever more sophisticated use of Aerosol and spray paint as a artistic material, both on the street and in the studio.
Aerosol's Process
UK premier Street Artist Ben Eine is noted for his delicate handling of spray dust which is skillfully scattered throughout his bold stencil work, whilst Shok-1 creates semi transparent layers of spray painted colour to create his haunting anthropomorphic motifs.
