Dear Duffers and Duffettes,
The festive season is well underway, and we know it’s time to start thinking about presents (yay!) So we thought we would get ahead of the game and let you know all our Christmas cut-offs this year for framing and delivery so you aren’t caught short under the Christmas tree this year.
FRAMING
11th December
This is the very last submission date that we can guarantee that your frame will be ready for the big day. We do recommend that you get your framing in as early as possible to avoid disappointment!
SHIPPING (Unframed artworks)
3rd December – Africa, Middle East
7th December – Asia, Cyprus, Far East, Eastern Europe
8th December – Caribbean, Central and South America
9th December – Australia, Greece, New Zealand
14th December – Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland
10th December – Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA
12th December – Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Portugal, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland.
13th December – Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg.
( Please note that Nelly Duff cannot fully guarantee that your orders will arrive in time for Christmas. We recommend that your orders are placed comfortably in advance of these dates.)
RETURNS
We know that sometimes no matter how much you think someone might love an artwork, you can’t always guarantee it! So this year, we are extending our returns time so you can return post-Christmas with no trouble. From December 1st all orders placed will be valid to be returned until the 14th of January (considering they are in mint condition) so fret not, and buy away!
